Dear Mrs Claus,

                        My name is jyoshika and i am 10 years old. I like my brother in my family. My brother is 8 years old and he like the Christmas because he will get a present and he will feel so happy but, My brother is feeling sad to this Christmas, because he wants Mrs Claus to give the present. He like a remote control car to play. I think he is thinking about the remote control. I want to see my brother happy. I think you must give the present to make my brother feel happy. My family likes my brother too. My grandma told we has help others to make him/her happy. That´s why I am helping to my brother and I want help others to make feel happy.

I wish you will make my brother feel happy.

Summer Learning Journey 2018-2019

Yesterday Emma came to our class and teach us how to be part of the learning journey . We will be learning Sustainability,land,sea,air and our world. For Summer Learning Journey we got Emma to learn full about summer learning journey and all around our world. Emma told she will give some prizes and squishes is my favorite.

For literacy our focus is writing on different styles. For our information report  we had a choice between The pyramids of Giza or the extreme weather.The easiest thing was planing what I was going to write.

Maths Questions - Tyres

  

In Maths we have been learning about making maths questions from a picture.First we looked at

the pictures and some made strategy about the tyres. Then we did asking maths questions and writing
maths questions about the picture of the tyres after finishing that we did blog commenting on the picture.
I found it is hard because I can't find how many tyres are there.I found it is easy because my teacher told
it is easy to do this ,do time tables it will be easy to do that.                                           

What Maths Questions can you make up about this picture?

How many tyres would you use for 5 cars? How many cars were used to get the pile of tyres? How many tyres are there altogether? How many minutes would it take to burn? How many big tyres big tyres are there? How many tyres swings could we make?

How would you work out the answers? What strategy could you use?

For calendar art this week we have learnt to blend colors  with paint. I really enjoyed painting but i found it difficult to get crisp lines. First we sketch of outline than we started at the top  asked down and making symmetrical shapes into a pattern and repeated patterns using google drawings

It is Mrs McGuninniety we are learning the groups of multiplecan we had to solve the problem we had to use jellybeans the equation was 4x5=20 and the other equation was 8x3=24.
